The following regulations will apply as of 21th March 2022 and may change or update according to changes in regulations of the Korean government policy. # From 21th March, all entrants from overseas are exempted on self-quarantine. # All foreigners must meet the following requirements to enter S.Korea. 1. Certificate of vaccination(only below vaccines are allowed) - 2 doses : 14 days after and within 180 days after receiving the second dose - 3 doses : boost shot 2. Negative certificate of PCR test(48hrs) Zer0Con22 COVID REGULATIONS are ensuring safe conference for participants. Zer0Con22 will follow the rules and regulations in accordance with the guidance of Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency. Only vaccinated or recovered participants are permitted to enter the conference and training areas. The accepted vaccines in Korea are as follows: * BioNTech/Pfizer * Moderna * AstraZeneca * Janssen * Sinovac * Sinopharm - Official vaccination certificates will be checked every day before entering conference areas. - PCR tests must meet a "within 48 hour validity period" when you arrive in Korea. - It is mandatory to wear masks except for meal and coffee time throughout the conference. - If you suffer from any symptoms regardless of being vaccinated and or recovered, you are not allowed to access the conference areas. - If you show fake certificates, you will be expelled from the conference. - The regulations are changing constantly and therefore the conference organizers reserve the right to change, add or remove these policies accordingly. - Any person that does not meet these requirements will not be allowed into the conference area. Ticket Cancellation and Refund - Zer0Con2022 is a hybrid conference(on-site + online) now, but if COVID-19 situations don’t allow this, Zer0Con2022 will be held only online. - If an applicant for on-site participation is unable to participate offline due to COVID-19, the on-site participation will be converted to online and then there will be partial refund. - Even if hybrid Zer0Con is converted online due to unavoidable circumstances, only partial refund allowed.
